See the flow. Find the next step.
See where every job is, how it moves, and what is waiting.
Every part has a story.
Connect the movement, measurements and decisions that make it.

Skill passportA reading in a spreadsheet is a number. A reading linked to the part, drawing revision, operator and tool episode is manufacturing memory.
Two applications. One connected system. Both workflows feed Manufacturing Memory.
See where every job is, how it moves, and what is waiting.
A single source of context for every part, operation and revision.
Capture in-situ measurements and build digital quality records.
Start at the edge. Connect context in the Factory State Engine. Put Manufacturing Memory to work through FDM and your applications.
RFID reads, gauge measurements, machine states and operator actions. Capture the event together with its source and timestamp.
USAL adapts supported device protocols into a consistent event structure. Keep source identity, units and signal quality attached.
Link the observation to its part, operation, drawing revision, tool, person and current factory state. Preserve provenance rather than assuming a relationship.
Connect events, evidence and outcomes in their authorised factory context. History access, retention and analytics depend on the subscribed application and plan.
Put the context to work. Start with WIP visibility through FDM Tracking or in-situ measurement and digital reporting through FDM Quality. Capabilities depend on the selected tier.
Separate hardware preparation, device activation and ongoing software. Select the applications your factory needs.
By agreement
Approved hardware profiles, batch onboarding and deployment planning.
Per device
Associate compatible hardware with its customer site and purchased capabilities.
Per site / plan
Choose Manufacturing Memory, WIP Flow and FDM Quality capabilities.
Install a compatible starter kit. Map your factory with one month of included self-mapping. Then subscribe for the reader capacity you need.
A defined hardware bundle for a compatible installation, with guided setup and a one-month software entitlement.
No automatic paid conversion. History and analytics are not part of the included month.
Pick a quick option, use the + and − buttons, or enter an exact count.
Proposed pricing in SGD per month, excluding taxes. Intermediate prices require approval.
A place for hardware makers, system integrators and factories. Different roles. One controlled route from compatible device to useful application.
Register approved hardware profiles and prepare supported devices using controlled firmware channels.
Organise customer sites, activate supported devices and connect operational workflows without rebuilding the platform.
Start with a practical WIP or quality use case. Build connected history as your deployment expands.
The focus is connected factory context. USAL and the Factory State Engine sit beneath Manufacturing Memory and applications such as FDM. Integrations can complement existing ERP or MES workflows rather than requiring a full replacement.
No. Hardware compatibility depends on the approved profile, bootloader and communication protocol. Browser-based flashing requires a validated device-specific adapter and a supported browser.
No. Payment or an approved credit arrangement establishes eligibility. Device verification, compatible firmware provisioning and backend-confirmed attestation are separate steps before activation is complete.
Access should be limited to authorised users and approved integrations. Customer data rights, retention and any use of de-identified data must be specified in the service agreement. Source code and signing keys are not part of a device activation purchase.
Sensitive screens, such as drawings and quality records, are protected from screenshots and screen recording on supported mobile devices. Access to that information is also limited to authorised users.
